1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at insideinfotech.com or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction — including those of the UAE, India, and Oman where we operate.

2. Services We Provide

Inside Infotech (a unit of Vnutri Infotech Private Limited) provides IT services including but not limited to: Cloud Solutions, Digital Marketing & SEO, AI-Powered Analytics, Zoho Ecosystem implementation, Web Design & Development, WhatsApp Business API integration, IT Consulting, Email Marketing, and Print & Document Management.

Specific deliverables, timelines, milestones, and pricing are governed by individual service agreements, statements of work, or written proposals signed by both parties. In the absence of a separate agreement, these Terms apply.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, code, and design — is the property of Vnutri Infotech Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws in India, UAE, and internationally. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4. Client Deliverables & Ownership

Work product created specifically for a client under a signed agreement transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment is received, Inside Infotech retains all ownership of deliverables. Inside Infotech reserves the right to feature completed work in portfolios and case studies unless explicitly prohibited in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due as specified in the project proposal or invoice. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. Inside Infotech reserves the right to suspend services for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of any proprietary, business-sensitive, or personal information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of two (2) years.

7. Limitation of Liability

Inside Infotech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific results from digital marketing, SEO, or AI services as outcomes depend on many external factors.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed to the termination date. Inside Infotech will deliver all completed deliverables upon receipt of outstanding payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, India — unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise for GCC-based engagements.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify existing clients of material changes. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
